21st Birthday
Today was good.
Very laid back.
I began it by seeing Year One. I turned 21 at midnight in the theatre and I reached over and kissed Matt. The way it should be.
Then I got Taco Bell and went to sleep. I woke up at 10:30 and got dressed in my birthday dress, did presents and cake with my dad, nannie, and of course Matt.
We went to Baltimore to Charles Village but there was not really anything there so we went over to Towson where I got my first alcoholic beverage of legal status. It was an electric blue lemonade from TGI Friday's. The server was great and they played Something Corporate over the radio loudspeaker. I've never had so much fun in a bathroom.
We walked around the mall a bit, then took the long way home. We went to Matt's for a bit and saw his parents as it was also Father's Day today.
Then we came back to my house, but I felt sick. We were supposed to go to Dave and Buster's but we ended up not because I felt lazy, idle, and sick. I will celebrate this coming weekend. And it will be phenomenal. I just wasn't up for it today and I'm trying to figure out why.
I wish I knew.
Anyway, the entire point of this blog is to post the picture of my first alcoholic (legal) drink of my current age and to let you know that I accomplished my goal of not drinking "too much" on my birthday. Now, for the rest of the year. That is to be determined. ;)

Sidewalk Chalk
My friend Katie and her boyfriend Andrew and I were bored and it was a beautiful day outside so we went to WalMart and bought 52 colored chalk for $5. It was a good purchase and we decorated my driveway with our body outlines and then accessorized them in a way so when we were laying down on the outline, it looked like we were doing other things, holding other things, or being other people.
It was a very fun time. Too bad it rained shortly after. But the idea worked well!
